PlusOne provides a number of value-added services to the tenants of the buildings it serves.

PlusOne supplies a full range of courier options, including overnight, sameday and 'next flight out' services. PlusOne uses its own delivery personnel as well as trusted partners to provide 'best of class' service in each category. Tenants benefit from the convenience of a single point of contact for invoicing, track and trace, order entry, supplies, etc.

PlusOne's mail services include the pick-up and delivery of inbound and outbound mail, the metering of daily outbound mail and the preparation of bulk mailings. These services reduce the need for tenants to keep their own expensive, space consuming and inflexible equipment on-site.

PlusOne offers personnel to perform office services functions such as reception, office moves, boardroom preparation, etc. for time spans ranging from 15 minutes to permanent. PlusOne offers a unique advantage over conventional temporary help agencies by responding more quickly to immediate needs with no minimum time requirement. Also, because PlusOne uses its own employees tenants can expect to see the same personnel regularly, reducing training costs.

PlusOne's purchasing service allows companies to leverage the common needs of their fellow tenants to achieve greater buying power. They may choose merely to have PlusOne quote on the procurement of particular goods or services, or they may elect to have PlusOne manage the complete purchasing function for them.
